Question by RICHARD J: How can I locate a programmer to create a system using actual-time streaming charges for forex evaluation?
I have created a system for analysing and predicting the movements, underneath particular condictions, of forex trading prices of various currency pairs.

The programmer who was composing this plan for me has entirely allow me down, after obtaining a large portion of the payment for this task.

I will need a programmer who is really experienced in writing applications to interface with actual-time foreign exchange cost feeds.
