The machine is Omega Deluxe Multi Stitch 56 stitch functions. I received the machine used and it does not come with a manual. It’s been quite a while since I last used a sewing machine and I don’t know how to thread this one. It does not appear to have a model number.

The first thing you should try is using Google to find an online owner’s manual. Type in something like “owner’s manual Omega sewing machine” and see what you get. Refine your request from there.
If you can’t find one, you’ll need to get the thread from the spool through the bobbing piece (it must have a real name, but I don’t know it — it’s the thing on the front of the machine that bobs up and down as you sew, and looks kind of like a dragon’s head) then through the tension mechanism, and finally down through the needle. Be sure you don’t run the thread through the bobbin-winding attachment when threading for regular sewing.
Do you have the possiblity to take a photo of the machine and post a link to it, so we can look at it and offer better advice? There are a few regulars on here who know sewing machines pretty well. Post our link and see if any of them is on now.

Is it a Necchi Omega, by any chance? Is there any other clue about the maker? (There are a ton of generic sewing machines around that come with names like Omega or Precision or Superior or…. whatever the importer wanted).
In general, machines thread from the spool to at least one thread guide, then down to the tension assembly, back up to the thread uptake lever (the up and down thing that will whack you in the eyebrow if you get too close while sewing), back down through a couple of more thread guides to the needle. When you thread the machine, you want to start with the presser foot up, which opens the tension so the thread can enter the tension, and the needle raised to its highest travel point.
Wind a bobbin and place it in the bobbin case (which may or may not be removable) and make sure the bobbin thread is in the bobbin case tension. Use the handwheel to fetch up the bobbin thread.
