Is it ok to take Suplimental multivitamins and then take a Omega 3 fish oil?

I looked at the nutrition facts of both bottles & it doesn’t look like any of the vitamins/minerals over lap because Omega 3’s main ingredients have EPA(Eicosapentaenoic acid), & DHA(Docosahexaenoic acid).
Will I overdose on something if I take 1 of each about every few days?

I don’t think so. But if you want to know for sure you should go and ask a pharmacist from any pharmacy.

It will be fine to take them at the same time.
Omega 3 is still a fish oil based supplement that works for other parts of the body then Vitamins. Remember that vitamins and omega 3 does not contain the same “ingrediants” so there is nothing that you can overdose on. And both supplements are more natural products then doctor prescribed, so they don’t contain some of the strong drugs that normal medicine contains.
