Also, what about Omega 6?

Up to 3 a day if it’s fish oil. 6 or more grams for flax oil. Generally fish oil is better, but some stomachs don’t take it well. I take 6G of flax seed oil. The salmon is good once a week . It can have up to 6 or more grams per serving depending on serving size. Also for some reason the whole fish does not have the digestive side effects that the straight oil has (nausea & burping). Walnuts are also a good source of omega 3. It is generally better to get it from whole foods, but supplements are Ok , so I take the flax oil capsules 2 with each meal as well as a multi vitamin to cover all bases. Don’t worry about omega 6,except to get as little as possible of it as you can. You can’t avoid it altogether .Its sort of like salt, it’s in nearly everything that has any fat in it.
