All vegetarian Omega 3 tablets either contain DHA or EPA. I know EPA can convert into DHA but I don’t think DHA can convert into EPA.

Micro-algae is the likely source of DHA and EPA in vegetarian omega-3 tablets. Both DHA and EPA can each be derived from micro-algae, not from each other.

One word: algae. Also, some people take V-Pure which claims to have both EPA and DHA
