What more important Multi Vitamin or Omega- 3 FIsh oil pills?

I bought both, Is it safe for me to take both Multi Vitamin and Omega- 3 FIsh oil at the same time?

How should I take the Multi Vitamin, twice of day or once a day?

The Multi Vitamin has no fish oil in it.

    Follow the instructions on the bottle and go to a doctor to test if you have any vitamin deficiencies. If you have a complete diet there shouldn’t be any need for you to take supplements

    usually multi-vitamins are once per day. fish oil is a food supplement so it is generally safe for most people, check the label to see if it recommends one per day or one per meal. also, if you do eat fish (more than once per week) you don’t need to take those supplements.

    sure it is safe to take both at the same time try to take with food so you don’t burp up fishy oil taste.i would take both in the morning to last all day but also look at this diet where you can get eating healthy everyday.vitamins can be over rated sometimes but not the fish oil.it will prevent lots of circulatory problems in future.and keep your very healthy for life http://www.groundreport.com/Arts_and_Culture/Vitamin-pills-may-be-useless_12
