I have read some articles that moleculary distilled fish oil is a bad thing to get your omega 3 from, they say it changes the structure of the oil and the omega 3 so that our body will not benefit from it. Is that true?
and it’s best to get omega 3 from Krill Oil, which is very expensive.

The best way to get Omega 3 is from eating Salmon or getting I think “Smart Balance?” products w/ that in them…like there special peanut butter and mayo ect. Just look around the store and ask. =)
