I am a vegetarian and became confused whether if I should take fish or flaxseed oil supplements and then just decided to pick the bottle that contained both. The bottle says to take three daily with a meal, but I was questioning if that was too much? Also the dosages are balanced well. For example, there is much more Omega 3 than there is Omega 6, and Omega 9 has the least dosage. Thanks for the help! Other advice also welcomed!

People usually take the flaxseed if they are vegetarians, or if the fish oil disagrees with them. The omega 3 fish oil, is superior to the flaxseed.
Omega 3 is the one to take, we get enough omega 6 and 9 in our (unhealthy diet).
Depending on your age, 2 to 4 1000mg capsules per day.
