I was so excited to give my 1 year old her first “bike.” I spent 2 hours putting it together and set it out for her to play with in the morning. Unfortunately, the only thing she’s interested in is the bell. She hasn’t shown any interest in riding it, steering it or using it at all. Every time I put her on it, she climbs right off. I’m hoping that she’ll want to use it more as time passes, especially since it’s so cute.

I bought this trike a year ago for my nephew’s first birthday. At first I thought he might be a too young for it, but he caught on to it very quickly and even learned to ring the bell right away. Within a couple of weeks he was tearing around the house with it. My nephew turns 2 in May and to this day still LOVES to ride it. Of all the toys I’ve (and his uncles and grandparents) spoiled him with he still plays with this one as if he just received it. I’ve been complimented time and again on what a great purchase this toy was, it’s withstood my nephew’s rough and tumble nature (he’s such a boy) and he still loves to ride it. He’s received MANY gifts that cost so much more, but what I deal I got on this toy…as I said, he still loves it and I maintain favorite Aunt status :)
