Just purchased the Tom Tom 740, ordered it as a Christmas gift, great service and fast delivery. Haven’t us3ed the item yet as it is a gift for someone else. I have the Tom Tom Go 720 i use for myself, it is everything as advertised. Have had the Tom Tom Go 720 for a year now and have not had the first problem with it. The Tom Tom 720 is ready to go out of the box with a few minor easy to do set ups. Love it. Am sure the 740 will be of the same quality and ease of use. Wouldn’t buy any other brand. When you get a winner you stick with it, would recommend the Tom Tom line of products to any one.

GPS works exactly as advertised. Some functions are not as intuitive as could be expected, but overall an outstanding performer.

Good GPS, not happy with the blue-tooth as it will not connect with the phones in our family.

As of today I have not needed customer support or the warranty coverage, I can not rate them.
If your looking for a GPS, purchase the 740 live, you won’t be disappointed.

740 live worked great for me, took us right to where we were going. and the live fuel prices were nice, even works on diesel. best gps i have ever owned.
