Bought tom tom for 80 year old he was unable to install maps properly. He called company and they told him he was only allowed one install and would have to pay a additional 100.00 for another download of maps. I do not live near by but when I found out I asked Tigress direct to give my father another download and they refused. I payed 150.18 to possibly save my dads life

Was not pleased with the item. I wanted a refund, but the seller did not want to refund me in full. I wish I knew their return policy before dealing with them.

I found the tom tom too difficult to use, could not plot a course with it, the only thing I can do with it, is to ascertain where I am at any given moment. it is rather useless to me, and I paid rather highly for it.

the tom tom 130 was not working–the screen was broken. It had to be sent away for repair which was a hassle. It does work well now that it has been fixed.

My tomom arrived defective. I would only get an X when turned on. Virtually no written instructions came with unit. I spent 3 hours researching online to try and fix it. I sent it back. I will get a Garmin.
