I use it with a Nuvi in a Dodge Ram 1500. The dash has curved and crinkled surfaces and the Trek V2 does not make full contact with the dash, yet it has yet to be dislodged! A more pliable bottom might make the Trek V2 stick even better. Outstanding adhesion.

I like this product, I drive a Chevy Blazer and the dash is not even but it will hold my Garmin even when you go around corners. It does not slip or slide to the sides.

Appears to work very well; however, does not lay flat like the Garmin base made for Garmin units. There could be a problem if you try to place the unit on an overly contoured service.
<br />Work very well, however.

I read many reveiws on this one and others. After reading and from past experience with a Garmin Friction Mount, I decided to purchase this one for my new TomTom XXL 540S GPS. It does not take up as much space as the Garmin, it is heavier and definitely stays in place much better. I have not had this one move on me at all, whereas the Garmin one would slide off the dash. This one is an excellent choice and would definitely buy it again. Thumbs up all the way.

I had to give this item 1 star because it does not fit on my dash, and therefore I can't use it.
