I purchassed this product new from Amazon the garimn 200w was new out of the box and it did not work after calling garmin and being put on hold for over 15 min i was told that there was not a thing could be done that i had to send it back at my expenss and they would replace it with a rebuild one this is not right i paid for a new one and should recessa new one to replace the refurbiss one.if this is way you do business i with not buy from you again

they took my money and never wrote back to any of my messages. No shipping tracking and will not reply back for anything. they will steal your money. do not try to buy anything from them. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
